STRUCTURAL
INSPECTORS
A successful candidate will:
- hold a diploma in materials or welding technology
-
have or be eligible for certification to CSA W178.2 Level I visual inspection to W59 standard
-
have or be eligible for certification to CGSB Level 2 MT, with future certification to PT and UT
- must be capable of working at heights on open steel

WITNESS (P.ENG.)
PROFESSIONAL UPPER MANAGEMENT POSITION
Qualimet
is seeking an Expert Witness Professional Engineer with extensive experience in Failure Analysis. The candidate must be a Professional Engineer registered with APEGGA and have courtroom experience as an expert witness. He or she will have training and experience in Materials, Structural, and Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge and experience in electrical engineering would be an asset. This is a senior position and share ownership is available to the successful candidate.

TRAINING (EITs)
If you're an energetic individual who is committed to building a career in materials engineering, please submit your resume. To be considered, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- have a degree in Materials Engineering
- demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- be able and willing to travel occasionally by air or land to make personal contact with our client base
- have a valid class 5 driver's license, with no demerit points
- be able to walk/climb heights
- be confident and capable of handling industrial machinery
- be able to quickly master the use of metallurgical laboratory equipment to measure, prepare, and test materials to tight tolerances
- be a self-starter who is punctual and is able to take direction from others
Training and professional growth will be supported. Candidate must be willing to pursue certifications as directed by the Company (including P. Eng, CWB Inspector, ABSA Welding Examiner, CWB Retained Engineer).
The candidate should be interested in career growth to a management position.
